Trident Healthcare Solutions is seeking a skilled Band 6 Community Occupational Therapist to join a community stroke rehabilitation service covering Hull and East Riding. The successful candidate will manage a caseload and provide high-quality care across multiple community sites and patient homes. A car and driving licence are essential for this role.
Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality occupational therapy to stroke patients in the community
- Manage and prioritise a varied caseload effectively
- Provide support and rehabilitation tailored to individual patient needs
- Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation
- Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
- Utilise SystmOne (desirable) for clinical record-keeping
Skills and Experience Required
- Degree-qualified Occupational Therapist with post‑graduate experience (3+ years preferred)
- Experience in community stroke rehabilitation
- Strong caseload management and clinical reasoning skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Essential Requirements
- Previous NHS experience
- HCPC registration
- Car driver with access to own vehicle (essential)
- Willingness to cover Hull & East Riding areas
