Care Home Registered Nurse – Agency Opportunity with Trident Healthcare
Location: Leonard Cheshire – St Teresa’s
Pay Rate: £22.20 per hour
Contract: Agency Basis via Trident Healthcare
Shifts: Flexible Days & Nights (Minimum 2–3 shifts per week)
Are you an experienced Care Home Nurse looking for flexible agency work? Trident Healthcare is seeking two skilled Care Home Nurses to join Leonard Cheshire’s St Teresa’s service. Essential Requirements
- NMC Registered Nurse (essential)
- PEG Feeding & Catheter Care Training (mandatory - if you are a nurse and do not have recent UK experience in these areas please do not apply)
- Previous experience as a Care Home Nurse or in residential/complex care settings
- Strong leadership, communication, and teamwork skills
- Flexible availability across weekdays and weekends
Your Responsibilities as a Care Home Nurse
- Assess, plan, deliver, and evaluate personalised care plans
- Administer and manage medications safely
- Lead and supervise care staff
- Promote independence, dignity, and choice for residents
- Liaise with families, health professionals, and external agencies
- Maintain accurate records and comply with regulatory standards
Shift Patterns
- 12-hour shifts:
- Days: 7:30am – 8:00pm
- Nights: 7:30pm – 8:00am
- 7:30am – 2:00pm
- 1:30pm – 8:00pm
We’ll work with you to agree a rota that suits your availability.
