CLINICAL PHARMAICST LOCUM ROLE TO START ASAP IN CROYDON * Location: Croydon South East London * Pay: £35.00 per hour * Contract Type: Temporary -minimum 3 months contract * Start Date: As soon as possible * Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week (Monday to Friday) About the Role: Trident Healthcare is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Clinical Pharmacist to join our dynamic team. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to patient care in a hospital ward-based setting, working closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure safe and effective use of medicines. Key Responsibilities: * Conduct comprehensive drug histories and medicines reconciliation for newly admitted patients * Perform clinical screening and TTA (To Take Away) screening * Provide expert pharmaceutical advice and support to ward staff * Ensure accurate and timely documentation using Electronic Prescribing and Medicines Administration (EPMA) systems * Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimise patient outcomes Essential Requirements: * NHS experience in a hospital setting * Proven hospital ward-based experience including drug history, medicines reconciliation, clinical screening, and TTA screening * EPMA experience is essential – ideally with Cerner, the system used at CHS * Excellent communication and organisational skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team Why consider this role? * Be part of a supportive and forward-thinking pharmacy team * Make a real impact on patient care and safety * Gain valuable experience in a busy and diverse healthcare environment Interested?
