The predicted salary is between 12 - 24 £ per hour.

Trident Healthcare Solutions is recruiting Carers, Senior Carers, and Nurses to support a rapidly expanding portfolio of care homes across the UK. This is agency work only and not a permanent position. Work is offered on a shift-by-shift basis, with regular and ongoing agency shifts available due to a significant increase in new clients coming live. We currently supply several established providers and are onboarding 30+ additional care providers, representing hundreds of care homes nationwide.

Pay Rates (PAYE)

  • Carers / Senior Carers: £12.71 – £13.50 per hour, depending on the client
  • Some clients pay up to £14.00 per hour
  • Nurses (RGN / RMN): £20.00 – £24.00 per hour (PAYE)
  • Rate dependent on client, role, and shift type

✔ All payments are PAYE, paid directly via Trident Healthcare Solutions ❌ No umbrella or limited company payments

Key Responsibilities (Depending on role and placement)

  • Deliver high-quality personal care and clinical support
  • Support residents with daily living activities
  • Administer medication (where qualified and authorised)
  • Follow care plans and escalate concerns appropriately
  • Promote dignity, safety, and wellbeing
  • Work collaboratively with care home and nursing teams

Eligibility & Experience Requirements

  • ✔ Agency work only (not permanent employment)
  • ✔ Minimum 6 months care experience required
  • UK or overseas experience accepted
  • Assessed on a case-by-case basis
  • ✔ Full Right to Work in the UK
  • ❌ No visa sponsorship
  • ✔ 20-hour visa holders considered (limited availability)
  • ✔ Preference for candidates available 30+ hours per week
  • ✔ English language competence assessed during screening
