Trident Healthcare Solutions is seeking an experienced Band 6 Speech and Language Therapist for a locum assignment based within the Acute wards units at an NHS hospital in the East Midlands. The successful candidate will independently manage a caseload of complex patients with a wide range of aetiologies.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a caseload of complex patients with acute dysphagia, head and neck and voice training requirements
- Complete assessments, treatment plans, and onward referrals
- Carry out clinical administration tasks
- Maintain accurate and timely patient records
Skills And Experience Required:
- Experienced in NHS Acute wards as an SLT
- Minimum 2 years experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including phone and email
Essential Requirements:
- Candidates must have NHS experience
- Candidates must hold HCPC registration
