Trident Healthcare Solutions is hiring a recruitment consultant. As a recruitment consultant, you will develop specialist desks. Be the recruitment consultant clients trust, the recruitment consultant candidates rely on, and the recruitment consultant driving our growth.

Salary: £25,000 – £35,000 (DOE)
Commission: Uncapped, 10%–20%
Working Pattern: Hybrid (office Tuesday & Wednesday) or fully remote considered

Role Overview
We are expanding our Healthcare Division and seeking ambitious Recruitment Consultants to specialise within:

  • Biomedical Science
  • Therapies: Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Speech & Language Therapy
  • Radiotherapy
  • Diagnostic Radiology
  • Cardiology

This role suits both established recruiters and those looking to accelerate their development. Experienced consultants have the opportunity to build and scale a division with a clear route into leadership.

Salary Banding:
£25,000–£28,000: Ideal for individuals at an early stage of their recruitment career who are ambitious and eager to grow.
£30,000–£35,000: For experienced healthcare recruiters with strong market knowledge and established networks.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage the complete 360° recruitment process
Develop and grow a specialist desk in your chosen discipline
Build long-term relationships with NHS and private healthcare clients
Source, screen, and support candidates throughout their placements
Engage in proactive business development
Partner with our compliance team to deliver framework-compliant placements

  • Essential: Strong communicator with excellent relationship-building skills
