Job Description
Trident Healthcare Solutions is seeking an experienced Inpatient Physiotherapist for a locum assignment based at Crewe. The successful candidate will independently manage a caseload of rehab patients and support the patients towards discharge from wards.
Responsibilities
- Manage a caseload of rehab patients.
- Complete assessments, treatment plans, and onward referrals.
- Carry out clinical administration tasks.
- Maintain accurate and timely patient records.
Skills and Experience Required
- Experienced NHS rehabilitation physiotherapist.
- Experience with discharge planning.
- Experience using e‑referrals (desirable).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including phone and email.
