Trident Healthcare Solutions is seeking a Pharmacist with haematology/oncology clinical pharmacy experience including aseptic services. The successful candidate will be involved in clinical checking, ward rounds, medicines optimisation, and multidisciplinary team working. Participation in on-call, weekends, and bank holidays is required. GPhC registration is essential.
