Are you an experienced clinical pharmacist with a passion for haematology? Trident healthcare are seeking a dedicated Haematology Pharmacist to provide maternity cover for the Lead Pharmacist - Haematology at a respected NHS Trust in Warrington.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver a high-quality clinical pharmacy service to haematology patients.
- Clinically verify haematology prescriptions to ensure safe and effective treatment.
- Develop and implement new chemotherapy protocols using the Trustβs electronic chemotherapy prescribing system.
- Provide ward-based clinical pharmacy cover.
- Contribute to governance and quality improvement initiatives within the haematology specialty.
- GPhC-registered pharmacist with relevant clinical experience in haematology or oncology.
- Strong knowledge of chemotherapy protocols and electronic prescribing systems.
