About the Role
We are currently recruiting dedicated and passionate Enhanced Support Workers to join our workforce across several key services and regions. As a Support Worker, you will be providing critical daily care, emotional support, and developmental encouragement to individuals within Children’s Services, Activity & Intervention programs, and Adult Services.
Key Responsibilities
- Delivering high-quality, person-centered care and support to service users.
- Assisting with daily routines, educational activities, and personal care where required.
- Promoting independence, safety, and well-being at all times.
- Maintaining accurate care records and incident logs.
- Collaborating effectively with permanent service staff, multidisciplinary teams, and management.
- Previous experience in a support worker role within Children or Adult Social Care.
- Candidates working within Welsh locations must be registered with Social Care Wales (or eligible to register).
- Strong communication skills and a compassionate, resilient approach.
- Enhanced DBS check (preferably on the Update Service) or willing to undergo one.
