Registered Manager will play a key role in driving service quality, leading teams, maintaining compliance, and achieving positive outcomes for the people supported.

The Role
As the
Registered Manager , you will
- Maintain responsibility for a CQC-regulated Mental Health service.
- Ensure the service remains fully compliant with CQC regulations and best practice.
- Lead, motivate and develop staff teams.
- Drive quality improvement and ensure outstanding support delivery.
- Oversee safeguarding, risk management and governance processes.
- Manage recruitment, staffing levels and workforce planning.
- Build effective relationships with families, professionals and commissioners.
- Support service growth and continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
To be considered for this
Registered Manager position, you will have
- Previous experience as a
Registered Manager within Health and Social Care.
- Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and regulatory compliance.
- Experience supporting individuals with mental health needs, learning disabilities and/or autism.
- Excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills.
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Adult Care, or willingness to work towards it.
- A passion for delivering high-quality, person-centred care.
