About the role
Trident Healthcare Solutions are currently recruiting Support Workers to work at a care service in Biggleswade, Bedfordshire.
We are looking for compassionate, reliable and dedicated Support Workers who are committed to providing high-quality, person-centred support.
Key responsibilities
- Provide person-centred care and support to individuals.
- Support residents with their daily routines and activities.
- Promote independence, dignity and choice.
- Assist with personal care where required.
- Build positive and professional relationships with residents.
- Follow individual care and support plans.
- Maintain accurate records and follow safeguarding procedures.
- Work effectively with colleagues and other professionals.
Requirements
- Previous experience in care or support work is desirable.
- A caring, patient and professional approach.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Reliable and able to work flexibly.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Right to work in the UK.
- DBS and relevant training, or willingness to complete the required checks.
