Job description
Trident Healthcare Solutions are currently recruiting Support Workers to work at a care service in Pitsea, Basildon.
We are looking for caring, reliable and compassionate individuals who are passionate about supporting people to live as independently as possible and providing high-quality care and support.
The role includes:
- Providing person-centred care and support to residents
- Supporting individuals with their daily activities and routines
- Promoting independence, dignity and choice
- Supporting with personal care where required
- Building positive relationships with residents and colleagues
- Following individual care and support plans
- Maintaining accurate records and following relevant policies and procedures
What we are looking for:
- Previous experience in a care or support worker role is desirable
- A caring, patient and professional approach
- Good communication skills
- Reliability and flexibility
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Right to work in the UK
- Relevant DBS and mandatory training, or willingness to complete these requirements
Pay: £14.43 per hour
