Trident Group is seeking a Lead Worker to provide early, targeted support to individuals and families across Telford and Wrekin. You will help young people 16–54 and older adults 55+ maintain tenancies, gain financial independence, and improve health and well‑being with homelessness prevention and tenancy sustainment at the core.
