The predicted salary is between 13 - 13 € per hour.

To provide a welcoming function to customers at Oakland Village as part of a 24 hour service, raising any concerns, and reporting these in line with policy and procedure.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Proactively approach the promotion of traditional values, demonstrating pride in the work and service delivery.
  • To ensure the health, wellbeing and safety of vulnerable adults, young people and children in line with Safeguarding regulations.
  • Attending all training courses and delivering on the outcomes.
  • Receiving visitors and customers at reception in a professional, polite and courteous manner and deal with all routine enquiries, challenging where appropriate.
  • Effectively manage own workload.
  • High attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
  • Effectively communicate across all mediums.
  • Undertaking routine checks to ensure security, health and safety and general tidiness.
  • Co‑ordinating access for services to the building.
  • Keeping accurate and appropriate recordings of activities undertaken throughout the shift.
  • Liaising with support staff to ensure the customer’s needs are continually met.
  • Any other duties as required by the role.
