An opportunity to work within our Intensive Housing Management service that are based within supported housing environments within: Adult Services in Birmingham and Sandwell, Domestic Abuse services in Birmingham and Derbyshire, and Young People Services in Birmingham.
What You’ll Be Doing
You will create and maintain tenancies, whilst also maximising income to Trident through efficient and effective oversight with all aspects of tenancies including well-being checks, management of voids and home moves, anti-social behaviour, safeguarding, impacts of welfare reform and resident engagement. Maintaining a focus on supported housing management that creates and sustains safe, productive, and thriving communities by encouraging residents to take an active interest and role in the places in which they live, working with them and other partners to identify and deliver improvements such as best use of stock reviews and the development of community hubs. To pro-actively work with colleagues in the Homes and Community Department and across all Trident departments, to achieve the department’s strategy, vision, priorities, and Operational Action Plan and supporting the overall achievement of the Group’s Strategic Plan and regulatory compliance.
