Your Role:
- Lead and develop a high-performing technical team.
- Oversee project delivery and resource planning.
- Drive service quality and operational efficiency.
- Anticipate requirements and proactively manage available capacity.
- Collaborate with sales and service teams.
- Ensure ISO compliance and high security standards.
- Contribute to strategic direction as part of the leadership team.
What Youll Bring:
- 5+ years in leadership, 3+ in project/professional services.
- Excellent communication and client relationship skills.
- Strong time and task management, with adaptability.
- Proven line management of large teams – Having conducted performance reviews, workflow management etc.
- Technical knowledge of the MS stack – Windows OS, Windows Server, Active Directory, Exchange, VM-Ware.
- A passion for customer service and team development.
