Your Role:

  • Lead and develop a high-performing technical team.
  • Oversee project delivery and resource planning.
  • Drive service quality and operational efficiency.
  • Anticipate requirements and proactively manage available capacity.
  • Collaborate with sales and service teams.
  • Ensure ISO compliance and high security standards.
  • Contribute to strategic direction as part of the leadership team.

What Youll Bring:

  • 5+ years in leadership, 3+ in project/professional services.
  • Excellent communication and client relationship skills.
  • Strong time and task management, with adaptability.
  • Proven line management of large teams – Having conducted performance reviews, workflow management etc.
  • Technical knowledge of the MS stack – Windows OS, Windows Server, Active Directory, Exchange, VM-Ware.
  • A passion for customer service and team development.
