FUND CONTROLLER | Real Estate Investment - OUR CLIENT is a leading UK-based real estate investment and asset management firm with a strong track record across the commercial property sector. They are established and highly regarded and now seek to appoint a Fund Controller within its Fund Finance team. This is a high-impact role for a qualified accountant with strong real estate fund control experience, looking to combine technical expertise with genuine commercial and business partnering responsibility . THE ROLE: Reporting to the Fund Finance Head, you will take ownership of the financial affairs of a portfolio of commercial real estate funds, LPs, SPVs and associated holding structures. You will work closely with Investment, Asset Management, Investor Relations and Finance, providing financial insight and control throughout the investment lifecycle – from acquisitions and refinancing through to disposals and business plan execution.
