Trident are seeking to recruit a building surveyor with 1-3 years’ experience who is ideally already working towards their APC to become a Chartered Building Surveyor to join our successful and established team in Bristol. There is scope for fast career progression, to get involved in the direction of the business, and work with a wide range of clients on differing asset types.

The successful candidate would get direct exposure to clients, so that they can understand our client’s aspirations and help us to achieve these. We work with various client types and their representatives when acquiring, improving and managing all types of commercial properties. The successful candidate would also get the opportunity to grow their network of local and National contacts as we work with a variety of property agents, managing agents, solicitors and other property professionals.

Trident offer a structured APC training programme that will provide a variety of experience working on exciting projects and building surveys, to create a fast-track route towards becoming a Chartered Building Surveyor. Trident are proud to consistently achieve a first-time pass rate of 70% with a total of 39 graduates having obtained chartered status with Trident over the past 9 years.
