Duties

  • Set up CNC machines by installing tooling, fixtures, and programming parameters based on job specifications.
  • Operate CNC equipment to produce parts with precision, ensuring adherence to dimensions and tolerances.
  • Perform routine inspections of machined parts using hand tools and measurement devices such as calipers and micrometers.
  • Adjust machine settings or tooling as needed to optimize performance and maintain quality standards.
  • Conduct turning, milling, or other machining operations on various materials including plastics and metals.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams using CAD (Computer-Aided Design) and One CNC software for interpreting technical drawings and modifying programs.

  • Proven experience operating CNC milling machinery in a manufacturing environment.
