Tricuro is seeking an experienced and inspirational Registered Manager to lead our Intermediate Care Service, which includes both home-based reablement support and residential bed-based intermediate care. This is a key leadership role within the local health and social care system, supporting people to regain independence, recover following illness or hospital admission, and avoid unnecessary long-term care. Working closely with partners across the integrated care system, you will help deliver services that support hospital discharge, maximise independence, and improve outcomes for people in our community.

The Role

  • Act as the CQC Registered Manager for the Intermediate Care Service.
  • Provide visible leadership and operational oversight across community and residential provision.
  • Ensure services are safe, high quality, outcome-focused and person-centred.
  • Lead multidisciplinary teams delivering reablement and discharge-to-assess pathways.
  • Drive performance, service improvement and transformation initiatives.
  • Work collaboratively with NHS partners, commissioners and the local authority to strengthen integrated care pathways.
  • Manage service performance, quality standards, workforce development and budgets.

This role offers a unique opportunity to shape the future of intermediate care services and play a vital role in improving system flow and patient outcomes across the region.

About You

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced leader who can inspire teams and deliver high-performing services. You will bring:

  • Experience working as a Registered Manager with the Care Quality Commission.
  • Significant senior management experience in health or social care.
  • Experience leading reablement, rehabilitation, domiciliary care, or intermediate care services.
  • Strong leadership, operational management and partnership working skills.
  • Experience driving service improvement, transformation or cultural change.
  • Sound knowledge of adult social care legislation including the Care Act 2014.
  • Budget management and financial oversight experience.

You will also hold:

  • Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care (or equivalent).
  • Eligibility to register (or already registered) with the Care Quality Commission.
  • Enhanced DBS clearance.

Why Join Tricuro?

  • A supportive organisation with strong values and a clear focus on quality.
  • Opportunities for professional growth and leadership development.
  • The chance to lead a service that makes a real difference in people’s lives every day.
