Are you a diligent Maintenance professional passionate about creating safe and welcoming environments? We are looking for a skilled Maintenance Assistant to join Tricuro and play a vital role in maintaining our facilities to the highest standards. Reporting directly to our Maintenance Officer, you'll contribute to ensuring our buildings provide safe, comfortable, and efficient spaces for our employees and service users across Bournemouth, Poole, and Christchurch.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone experienced in maintenance work who thrives in hands-on roles, enjoys collaborating with diverse teams, and takes pride in delivering quality workmanship. You'll provide essential support by carrying out general repairs, maintenance tasks, grounds maintenance, and managing external spaces. Additionally, you'll support contractors, maintain accurate records of tasks completed and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

The successful candidate should have:
- Experience in maintenance work.
- Valid driver's licence with the ability to drive company vehicles when necessary.
- Basic skills or qualifications in plumbing, electrical, or HVAC.
- Proficient use of hand and power tools.
- Good organisational and multi-tasking abilities.
- Strong communication skills and a positive team attitude.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office products.
Part-time: 18 hours per week across 5 days.
