This is a hybrid role with a requirement to visit remote sites in the Highlands and Islands of Scotland.
Requirements:
- Architecture or architectural technician graduate with at least two years of experience working on residential and commercial projects.
- Comfortable liaising with clients and working closely with the wider construction design team.
- Ability to conduct accurate site surveys and site investigations, producing drawings and reports from these.
- Experience in producing high-quality drawings in Revit based on the client’s needs.
- Experienced in the design and detailing process as projects move to the construction phase.
- Must love living in a remote part of Scotland, in the Highlands, and have a keen sense of adventure.
- Hold a full driving license and be willing to travel elsewhere in the Highlands and Islands.
- Comfortable on the water for travel to remote islands.
- Happy working in a small family business.
- Ability to take responsibility and accountability for your decisions and actions.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Excellent analytical skills with great attention to detail.
