Tricorder Care Services is looking for an experienced HCPC Registered Paramedic to join our senior team and take the lead on clinical practice across our growing ambulance service. This is not simply another frontline paramedic role. We are looking for someone who wants to step forward, take ownership and have a genuine influence on the clinical direction of the business.

As our Clinical Lead Paramedic, you will provide visible clinical leadership across our Stoke Poges and Thame bases, supporting our operational teams and helping us maintain and continuously improve the standards of care we provide. Your role will include:

  • Clinical leadership
  • Staff support and development
  • Clinical audits
  • Reviewing patient care documentation
  • Supporting incident investigations
  • Developing clinical procedures
  • Working closely with our Medical Director, Governance and Operations teams

You will need to be clinically strong, approachable and proactive – someone who is comfortable supporting staff but equally prepared to challenge poor practice and drive improvement.

Requirements:

  • HCPC Registered Paramedic
  • Strong clinical knowledge and decision-making skills
  • Able to work across Stoke Poges and Thame
  • Willing to remain clinically active when required
