About The Job: Ensures that bottles are properly manufactured and packaged through employee training, regular visual inspections, testing, and ensuring that good Manufacturing Practices are followed.
Your Experience And Background:
- Five (5) years plus experience in a high production environment in the capacity of Quality or Manufacturing.
- Support SQF and HACCP activities in their quest to implement processes improvements which put the facility in compliance with current regulation.
- Identify non-compliance to Good Manufacturing Practices and work with manager to enforce requirements.
- Assist the implementation of standard operating procedures, ensuring they are followed and quality bottles are produced effectively.
- Ensure that Pack Operators and Material Handlers have a clear understanding of bottle quality.
- Perform QC checks on bottles and complete necessary documentation.
- Complete sanitation forms each shift.
- One QC Inspector will be assigned to perform tests using the Avbis 3000.
