Operations Project Manager
We are looking for an experienced Operations Project Manager to lead the delivery of multiple live utility sites.
This role is focused on site execution, contractor performance, programme management, and maintaining the highest Health & Safety standards.
You will play a key role in ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.
- What you will be doing
- Managing day-to-day site operations across multiple projects.
- Overseeing subcontract civil teams, plant, materials, and programme coordination.
- Monitoring productivity, quality, and compliance with specifications.
- Reviewing and coordinating weekly programmes, including forecasting and contract performance.
- Liaising with Developers, Contractors, Highway Authorities, and internal teams to keep projects progressing smoothly
- What we are looking for
- Proven operational management experience within utilities or developer services
- Experience managing multiple live sites and subcontractors.
- Strong knowledge of network construction, highways standards, and industry codes.
- Commercially aware with confident decision-making ability.
- NRSWA, SMSTS, and CSCS certified, with a strong commitment to Health & Safety leadership.
