Do you love the detail, enjoy juggling priorities, and want a role where you can genuinely improve someone's first day at work? We are looking for a highly organised People Team Coordinator to run professional onboarding, keep our People systems running smoothly, and be the go-to for People admin that keeps our team moving. You will be at the heart of the People Team in a friendly, supportive environment where no two days are the same. You will be confident using IT and systems, support the Director of People with employee communications, and help keep the business running smoothly through great processes, accurate data and providing a high level of service.

What you will do:

  • Manage the People Support and recruitment inboxes, responding promptly and directing queries to the right person.
  • Become a trusted super-user across our People systems and platforms.
  • Process People Team invoices, track POs and keep accurate records.
  • Post News stories on The Hub (intranet) and support the Director of People with Employee Comms.
  • Keep data accurate and up to date, maintaining systems and producing reliable reports.
  • Support colleagues with system queries and support People Partners in delivering training on key modules.
  • Own the end-to-end onboarding experience, issuing offer letters, contracts and joining instructions via our candidate management system.
  • Run People Team inductions so every new starter feels welcomed.
  • Support People Partners with manager training administration and coordination.

What you will bring:

  • Proven experience in HR/People administration, onboarding or coordination (or a strong admin background with a real interest in People).
  • Confident working with multiple systems and data, accurate, logical and comfortable producing reports.
  • Excellent organisation and prioritisation skills; you enjoy variety and have great attention to detail.
  • Great written communication and a professional, friendly approach with colleagues at all levels.
  • A high level of discretion and a strong understanding of confidentiality.
