As a Land Rights Coordinator, you will be providing client support in the successful delivery of legal requirements for each project. You will be involved in the tracking and reporting of projects, liaising with clients and stakeholders, and maintaining internal records to help eSmart Networks continually deliver our high service to clients.
In this role you will:
- Determine legal requirements for contracts and process these accordingly.
- Self-manage multiple legal projects leading to successful delivery for clients.
- Assist Legal Compliance Manager with training of Legal Compliance Assistant if required.
- Log and report on live projects, working to own schedule to ensure applications are processed in a timely and efficient manner.
- Advise internal teams of legal requirements.
- Offer largely un-guided support to clients, Business Development, Technical and Operations teams.
- Proactively support clients and stakeholders; manage the process for them in line with their expectations.
- Liaise with internal Technical and Operations teams ensuring open and thorough communication channels.
- Confidently deal with queries on other jobs when team members are away.
- Provide a high quality and maintained level of customer service at all times to both internal and external clients.
You will need:
- Strong background within a similar project management position.
- Strong coordination and administrational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
- Enjoy taking ownership and responsibility of tasks.
- Empathy with Clients' situation.
- Ability to investigate, resolve and/or escalate client issues/requirements.
- Enjoy problem solving.
- Good IT skills including MS Word, Excel, and database use.
- Utilities background would be an advantage.
