So, what will you be doing? As an integral member of our East Anglia team, your primary responsibilities will centre around HV/LV installations and the oversight of our field operations. More specifically, you will:
- Develop meticulous switching programs and actively contribute to the testing and commissioning of HV/LV distribution systems, including switching operations.
- Champion a culture of safety by implementing robust safety practices, reporting incidents, conducting risk assessments, and facilitating audits to ensure a positive Health and Safety environment.
- Play a pivotal role in team development and continuous improvement efforts, collaborating with the management team to elevate team performance.
The Person: To excel in this role, you will possess a robust DNO/IDNO SAP background, underscored by relevant competency certificates and comprehensive training. While experience within an ICP setting and familiarity with Jointing would be advantageous, they are not prerequisites. Your profile will further include:
- Essential certifications: NRSWA, SSSTS, EUSR, and a valid driving license.
- An action-oriented mindset, consistently demonstrating your ability to meet deadlines and "make it happen."
