As a Technical Administrator you will provide administrative, coordination, and first‑line technical support to the Technical Coordinator team. You will support the customer journey by ensuring accurate project setup, effective document management, and timely completion of early‑stage technical and compliance activities.

In this role you will…

  • Project Setup & Administration
    • Manage the New Project inbox
    • Set up new projects on internal systems and create project folders
    • Save and organise all incoming and outgoing project documentation
  • Applications & Submissions
    • Prepare and submit applications, supporting site set‑ups
    • Compile and submit New Appointments and Variations (NAV) application documentation
    • Apply for MPANs and MPRNs
  • Technical & Coordination Support
    • Carry out initial administrative‑level design checks for completeness
    • Take minutes for complex project meetings where required
    • Liaise with internal stakeholders and external parties to track application progress
    • Support handover processes by compiling and printing documentation

You will need…

  • Strong administrative and organisational skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and document control
  • Good IT skills including Microsoft Office and Document Management Systems
  • Experience in a Technical, Utilities, Construction, or Engineering environment is desirable
