What You’ll Be Doing

  • Responding to customer enquiries
  • Guiding customers through the sales process
  • Preparing and processing orders
  • Supporting dispatch and after-sales communications
  • Building strong product and systems knowledge
  • Working collaboratively with the internal and external sales

What We’re Looking For

  • GCSEs or equivalent Level 2 English and Maths (or willingness to achieve them)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good IT skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • A positive approach to customer care
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Enthusiasm for working in a fast-paced team environment

Salary & Hours

37.45 hours per week (Monday – Thursday 8.30 a.m. – 5.00 p.m. & Friday 8.30 a.m. – 4.00 p.m.)
