Regional Sales Executive – Tricel

The role is to provide sales, training and technical support across the full range of Tricel Composites products including composites materials, roofing & driveway product range, at all Tricel sites and remotely at customers premises.

Responsibilities

• On-site and off-site training of composites, roofing and building product range.
• Assisting the sales and marketing department with product knowledge & technical support.
• Updating training log and maintaining regular customer contact to develop sales.
• Providing technical support across the full Tricel Composites range.
• Assisting with company literature and marketing development.
• Responding appropriately to customer requests.
• Assisting with stock takes as required.
• Handling sales calls and enquiries.
• Producing quotations as requested by customers or line manager.
• Ensuring orders are processed timely according to company procedures via face-to-face, telephone or email.
• Recording and maintaining a database of all customer contact and sales information.
• Following up on customer enquiries and quotations with further action diarised.
• Working closely with the sales department to build on new and existing relationships and assist with business growth.
• Following company policies & procedures at all times & recommending improvements.
• Developing new business to meet annual KPI levels.
• Account management of assigned customer accounts.
• Providing training to new and existing Tricel employees.
• Any other duties as assigned by line manager.

Candidate Profile

• Knowledge of Health & Safety regulations.
• Clean driving license.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Computer literacy (Word, Excel, Outlook).
