What You’ll Be Doing

• Develop a full understanding of the relationship between the four Tricel divisions (Water, Construction, Environmental, Distribution) to maximise buying efficiency
• Review, evaluate and monitor existing suppliers, parts, products and services
• Lead continuous improvement projects to reduce costs and stabilise the supply chain
• Reduce inventory levels and lead times; optimise delivery frequencies
• Ensure ERP system data is regularly cleansed and accurate
• Resolve supplier issues and support internal team
• Collaborate on New Product Introductions (NPI) with Engineering, Quality, and Production teams
• Support warehouse operations and finance functions
• Establish and maintain purchasing KPIs and reports for Senior Management

Who We’re Looking For

• A motivated individual with a genuine interest in a career in procurement
• Understanding of supply chain principles (CIPS or similar qualification advantageous but not essential)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong IT proficiency and familiarity with Microsoft Office and ERP systems
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
• A proactive, team-oriented mindset and a ‘can-do’ attitude
• Project management experience or exposure is a bonus
• Knowledge of raw materials and production processes desirable
• Understanding of Lean Manufacturing principles
