Tricel Portsmouth is seeking a Preventative Maintenance Contract (PMC) Coordinator to support the management and growth of our preventative maintenance contract portfolio.
This is a key role within the Service Department, responsible for maintaining customer relationships, supporting contract renewals, coordinating commissioning activities, and ensuring accurate contract and equipment records. Duties And Responsibilities
- Maintain the current PMC database, including renewal quoting, equipment updates, and all customer communications relating to PMCs.
- Grow the existing PMC database through following up on commissioning works, installation works, and suspended contracts.
- Raise sites and equipment records for commissioning.
- Prepare RAMS using existing company templates.
- Provide cover for existing Coordinators during periods of holiday or sickness.
- Follow up on outstanding commissioning activities.
- Carry out any other duties deemed necessary by the Line Manager.
Skills And Characteristics
- Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Excellent English and Maths skills.
- Excellent timekeeping and attendance.
- The ability to work effectively within a small team.
- Experience using CRM systems.
