What you'll be working on
- Ultra-low-latency trading systems in C++ and/or Rust
- Concurrency, multithreading, lock-free systems, and memory optimisation
- Kernel-level and networking engineering - not application-layer abstraction
- Throughput/latency tradeoffs, cache efficiency, and real-time data ingestion
- Reliability engineering across a globally distributed exchange infrastructure
What they're looking for
- Strong C++ or Rust proficiency - willingness to work in Rust is non-negotiable
- 3-6 years in performance-critical software engineering
- Deep systems-level knowledge: concurrency, networking, distributed systems
