The Opportunity
This is a newly created Marketing Manager role within a fast-growing business with ambitious growth plans. The focus is on building demand, improving conversion, and strengthening the link between marketing activity and sales results.
You’ll sit at the heart of marketing and sales, owning the journey from first engagement through to sales hand-off. It’s a hands-on role with plenty of scope to shape how things are done, suited to someone who enjoys testing, optimising and seeing clear impact from their work.
The Role
You’ll take ownership of pipeline creation and conversion, helping ensure the right leads are generated, nurtured and passed to Sales at the right time. Building on an existing foundation, you’ll have the autonomy to refine processes, improve performance and bring new ideas to the table.
You’ll work closely with Sales and SDRs to improve lead quality and flow, using data and insight to continuously improve funnel performance.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Owning the end-to-end journey from lead capture through to sales hand-off
- Driving pipeline growth through lead generation, CRM activity and events
- Managing and improving prospect data within Salesforce and marketing tools
- Creating and refining nurture journeys across the funnel
- Using intent signals and insight to prioritise opportunities
- Reviewing website journeys and improving conversion points
- Supporting event-led campaigns and follow-up activity
- Tracking performance and sharing clear, useful insights
- Collaborating closely with Sales to align targeting and priorities
- Testing new ideas, channels and approaches to support growth
What We’re Looking For
This role suits a commercially minded marketer who enjoys owning performance and working closely with Sales, rather than a broad generalist role.
You’ll bring:
- A strong focus on growth, conversion and commercial impact
- Experience working with CRM systems, ideally Salesforce
- Confidence building and optimising nurture journeys
- Experience generating leads through digital channels and events
- A data-led mindset with solid analytical skills (GA4)
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- B2B marketing experience
Essential Skills & Experience
- 5+ years’ experience in digital, growth or demand generation marketing
- Experience linking marketing activity directly to sales pipeline
- CRM data management and reporting experience
- Lead generation and conversion optimisation experience
- Event marketing exposure
- Strong analytical and reporting capability
Why This Role
This is a chance to take real ownership of growth at an exciting stage of the business. You’ll have visibility across marketing and sales, a clear remit to make an impact, and the support of a positive, experienced team — with opportunities to be involved in wider growth and future expansion.
