It’s a fast-paced, collaborative environment where standards are high, the team works closely together, and people are trusted to take ownership of their area.
This is an opportunity for an Ecommerce & Digital Marketing Executive/Manager to take ownership of day-to-day website performance and play a key role in improving online trading. You’ll sit within the marketing team, working closely with content, design and ecommerce colleagues, supporting both performance and execution across digital channels. This role offers a great balance of hands‑on delivery and analytical thinking, ideal for someone who enjoys both sides of ecommerce.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the day-to-day running of the Shopify website
- Monitor and analyse performance using GA4
- Identify opportunities to improve conversion, UX and onsite journey

- Support wider marketing activity where required
We’re looking for someone who’s naturally curious, detail-oriented and enjoys getting stuck into the day-to-day of ecommerce, while also understanding the bigger picture of performance and growth. You’ll likely bring a mix of hands‑on experience and a willingness to learn and develop further. You will bring:
- Experience in an ecommerce business is essential
- A solid understanding of website performance and online trading
- Comfortable working with data, particularly tools like Google Analytics
- Exposure to Shopify or similar ecommerce platforms
- An understanding of SEO and conversion rate optimisation (CRO)
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Proactive, hands‑on and happy to roll your sleeves up
- A collaborative team player who enjoys working closely with others
It would also be great (but not essential) if you have:
- Experience with Klaviyo or similar email/CRM platforms
- Experience working with external agencies
- A background in retail or consumer-focused ecommerce
Aside from working with a fantastic well-known brand, you will receive staff discount, access to health benefits following probation as well as learning opportunities and a discretionary bonus.
