This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Finance Executive who enjoys taking ownership and making improvements. You’ll be responsible for running the finance processes end-to-end, ensuring the accounts function is organised, accurate, and operating efficiently. What You’ll Be Doing:
- Managing the finance function from start to finish.
- Handling invoicing processes with a high level of accuracy and efficiency.
- Managing CIS processes and ensuring compliance.
- Producing financial reports and insights using Power BI.
- Working closely with the leadership team to improve financial visibility and processes.
- Maintaining and managing accounts within Xero.
- Supporting cash flow management, reconciliations, and month-end processes.
- Identifying opportunities to streamline and improve financial systems and procedures.
- Bringing organisation and structure to the accounts department as the business grows.

Essential Skills & Experience:
- AAT Level 4 Qualified or equivalent experience.
- Previous experience in a Finance Executive, Finance Manager, or similar role.
- Strong end-to-end finance process experience.
- Essential CIS experience within a construction or related environment.
- Strong invoicing and accounts management experience.
- Experience using Xero.
- Good working knowledge of Power BI.
- Experience within construction, landscaping, or a similar project-based industry is highly desirable.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and confidently manage a finance function.
