With multiple brands and a loyal customer base, the business combines traditional craftsmanship with a forward-thinking approach to ecommerce and digital. The culture is collaborative, hands-on and fast-paced, offering the opportunity to work closely with senior leadership and make a real impact on commercial performance.
This is a part-time opportunity (25+ hours per week, with flexibility) for an experienced Ecommerce Manager to take ownership of digital performance across multiple brands and channels. Reporting into senior leadership, you’ll be responsible for shaping and delivering the digital strategy, while remaining hands-on in execution. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys balancing strategic thinking with day-to-day delivery and thrives in a dynamic, growing business.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and deliver the digital strategy aligned to sales and growth targets
- Drive customer acquisition and retention across multiple channels
- Own and optimise digital channels including SEO, PPC, paid social, email and affiliates
- Manage ecommerce platforms and marketplaces (e.g. Shopify, Amazon, etc.)
- Lead conversion rate optimisation and improve the online customer journey
- Analyse performance data, track KPIs and report on ROI
- Use insights and trends to inform commercial decisions and improve performance
- Work closely with internal teams and external agencies to deliver campaigns
- Manage multiple brands and priorities within a fast-paced environment
We’re looking for someone commercially minded and confident taking ownership of ecommerce performance, who enjoys both the strategic and hands-on elements of the role.
- Proven experience in an ecommerce management role
- Strong commercial awareness with a track record of driving online growth
- Experience managing ecommerce platforms such as Shopify, Magento or similar
- Solid understanding of digital marketing channels including SEO, PPC, email and paid social
- Experience working with marketplaces and online retail partners
- Comfortable using analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics) to drive decisions
- Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple workstreams
- Hands-on, proactive and adaptable approach
- Collaborative team player with strong communication skills
It would also be beneficial (but not essential) if you have:
- Experience in international or multi-region ecommerce
- A background in retail, fashion or consumer goods
- Experience with UX/UI optimisation or customer journey improvements
- Exposure to merchandising or stock management within ecommerce
