We're looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Support Specialist to join a busy support team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys helping customers, solving problems, and identifying opportunities to add value.

You'll play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service while providing technical support, processing orders, and building strong relationships with customers.

The Role

As a Customer Support Specialist, you'll be the first point of contact for customers, ensuring every enquiry is handled efficiently and professionally. Working closely with internal departments, you'll help resolve customer queries quickly while delivering an outstanding customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
