We’re working with a fast-growing business looking for a Commercial Team Manager to lead a fast-paced client delivery function. This role is ideal for someone who loves leading people, driving performance and creating a positive, high-energy culture.
What you’ll be doing:
- Leading and developing a team through team leaders
- Acting as a player-manager, supporting the team day-to-day while driving overall performance
- Coaching and developing different personalities and management styles
