What you’ll be doing:
- Execute paid media campaigns across a diverse portfolio of B2B, B2C, and D2C clientele operating within various sectors.
- Plan, manage, and optimise digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels to meet clients' agreed KPIs.
- Monitor campaign budgets - ensuring spend is managed efficiently and delivers ROI.
- Support Senior Digital Marketing Manager to grow existing client accounts through performance improvements and identifying new opportunities.
- Support with the delivery and evolution of on-page SEO strategies, in collaboration with developers and content writers.
- Conduct conversion rate optimisation tests across websites to continuously optimise routes to conversions.
- Support the production of clear, data-driven reports and insights for clients, demonstrating results and recommending next steps.
- Collaborate with the Head of Digital Marketing, Project Managers, and wider team to ensure campaigns are insight-led and aligned to client objectives.
- Keep up to date with digital marketing trends, tools, and emerging opportunities.
What we’d need to see:
- Proven experience (2+ years) implementing & delivering successful multi-channel digital marketing campaigns.
- Strong understanding of paid media, SEO & digital analytics.
- Experience in campaign optimisation, CRO and A/B testing.
- Ability to present results and insights to clients in a clear, actionable way.
- Excellent organisational skills, with experience using project management tools.
- Proactive approach to identifying opportunities for growth, both for clients and for Tribus Digital.
