TRIbuild Solutions are currently recruiting experienced Site Managers for a number of prestigious high-end residential projects across Central London. We are working with some of the capital's leading main contractors and developers who specialise in luxury residential refurbishments, bespoke new-build homes, and super-prime residential schemes.

The Role

  • Manage day-to-day site operations from start to completion
  • Coordinate subcontractors and direct labour on site
  • Ensure projects are delivered safely, on programme, and to the highest quality standards
  • Maintain excellent client and stakeholder relationships
  • Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with health & safety regulations
  • Drive exceptional finishing standards synonymous with the high-end residential sector

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Site Manager within the high-end residential market
  • Strong track record delivering luxury refurbishment and/or new-build residential projects
  • Valid SMSTS
  • Valid First Aid at Work
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Stable employment history or successful freelance project portfolio
