TRIbuild Solutions are currently recruiting experienced Site Managers for a number of prestigious high-end residential projects across Central London. We are working with some of the capital's leading main contractors and developers who specialise in luxury residential refurbishments, bespoke new-build homes, and super-prime residential schemes.
The Role
- Manage day-to-day site operations from start to completion
- Coordinate subcontractors and direct labour on site
- Ensure projects are delivered safely, on programme, and to the highest quality standards
- Maintain excellent client and stakeholder relationships
- Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with health & safety regulations
- Drive exceptional finishing standards synonymous with the high-end residential sector
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Site Manager within the high-end residential market
- Strong track record delivering luxury refurbishment and/or new-build residential projects
- Valid SMSTS
- Valid First Aid at Work
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Stable employment history or successful freelance project portfolio
