I am recruiting for a Sub Agent to join a major infrastructure programme in Cumbria. This is a permanent opportunity for someone looking to take the next step in delivery responsibility within a highly structured and established project team.
Responsibilities include:
- Supporting the Site Agent with day to day site operations across a multi discipline civils package
- Supervising site teams and subcontractors to ensure safe and efficient delivery
- Monitoring programme, progress, quality and cost control
- Ensuring compliance with construction standards, CDM and project procedures
- Coordinating planning inputs, reporting and documentation
- Assisting with client liaison and interface management
- Driving high standards across safety, environmental and quality performance
About you:
- Proven experience as a Sub Agent or experienced Section Engineer ready to step up
- Strong understanding of temporary works, construction methodology and site delivery
- Confident supervising subcontractors and supporting leadership of site teams
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Ability to obtain SC clearance or already hold it
Salary is £65,000 to £70,000 plus car allowance £5,750. SC clearance required or eligibility to obtain it. Please apply with an updated CV and one of the team will be in touch.
