A leading London fit-out contractor is seeking a Senior Technical Services Manager to oversee MEP and technical delivery across Cat A, Cat B, D&B and Cut & Carve commercial fit-out projects. You will manage consultants and subcontractors, review technical design, and ensure services are coordinated, compliant and delivered to programme on high‑profile office schemes.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Technical Services Manager or similar within a fit‑out or main contractor environment
- Strong knowledge of MEP services on Cat A & Cat B commercial fit‑out projects
- Experience delivering D&B and Cut & Carve refurbishment schemes
- Must have worked with Tier 1 main contractors (no subcontractor‑only backgrounds)
- Excellent technical coordination, programme and stakeholder management skills
- Relevant engineering or building services qualification (desirable)
