TRIbuild Solutions are recruiting a Senior Quantity Surveyor to support a major infrastructure upgrade programme at Sellafield, working with a leading Tier-1 contractor. This is a key commercial role within the project team, responsible for managing costs and contractual matters across complex civils and infrastructure packages within a highly regulated nuclear environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage commercial aspects of projects from procurement through to final account
  • Administer NEC contracts, including compensation events and change management
  • Monitor project costs, forecasts and reporting
  • Manage subcontractor procurement, payments and accounts
  • Identify risks, opportunities and cost-saving initiatives
  • Support commercial strategy and stakeholder engagement

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor/Senior Quantity Surveyor within civils or infrastructure
  • Strong knowledge of NEC contracts and commercial management processes
  • Experience on major projects or regulated environments
  • Excellent commercial awareness and stakeholder management skills
