TRIbuild Solutions are recruiting a Senior Estimator to support a major infrastructure upgrade programme at Sellafield, working with a leading Tier-1 contractor. This is a key role within the pre‑construction team, responsible for leading estimates across complex civils and infrastructure packages within a highly regulated nuclear environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and prepare detailed cost estimates for major infrastructure works
- Review drawings, specifications and tender documentation
- Engage with supply chain to obtain accurate pricing
- Identify risks, opportunities and value engineering options
- Support bid submissions and commercial strategy
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Estimator/Senior Estimator within civils or infrastructure
- Strong understanding of NEC contracts and pricing structures
- Experience on major projects or regulated environments
- Excellent analytical and commercial skills
