QA Manager

I am recruiting for a QA Manager to support the construction of a new £75 million data centre in North West London. This is a permanent role with a contractor delivering a major ground up build, and they are looking for someone who can take full ownership of all quality activities on site.

Key responsibilities

• Lead all site based quality assurance activities.
• Coordinate daily with project delivery teams, subcontractors & the client.
• Ensure consistent compliance with quality standards across the full construction cycle.
• Manage ITPs, inspections, quality documentation and full handover packs.
• Support right first time delivery.
• Raise, track and close out NCRs and quality actions.
• Communicate clearly with senior management and the client on quality progress.

What they are looking for

• QA Manager or Senior QA experience on major construction projects.
• Strong understanding of QA processes, documentation and compliance.
• Confident engaging with clients, subcontractors and multiple stakeholders.
• Ability to bring people together on site and promote a collaborative quality culture.
• Data centre experience is an advantage but not essential.
