A leading London fit-out contractor is looking for a Pre-Construction Administrator to support the pre-construction team on Cat A, Cat B, D&B and Cut & Carve commercial fit-out projects. You will assist with tender documentation, subcontractor enquiries, programme coordination and internal reporting to help ensure successful project mobilisation.
Key Requirements
- Experience in a pre-construction, bid or project administration role within a fit-out or main contractor environment
- Exposure to Cat A & Cat B commercial fit-out projects desirable
- Strong organisational and communication skills with high attention to detail
- Confident liaising with internal teams, consultants and Tier 1 main contractors
- Proficient in MS Office and document control systems
