A Technical Services Manager is required for a 12-month project based in Oxford. Working for a subcontractor, you will be responsible for overseeing the building services package, managing the services side of the project, and liaising closely with the client. This position is available on either a permanent or contract basis.

Salary / Day Rate: DOE (Dependent on Experience)

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in a Technical Services Manager role or similar
  • Strong client-facing and coordination skills
  • Experience managing MEP/building services packages

Location & Hours:

  • Oxford
  • Site-based role
  • Working hours: 7:30am - 4:30pm
  • Based in the site office
